 normally if you are buying house from builder, he gives you all inclusive price ----  (you have to pay Builders side Land GST (for small builders ) + Builder side Land registration charges ( if not Joint venture development ) + sub contractor profit for construction +  sub contractor service tax for building + labours service Tax + income tax for sub contractor profit +  Builders Land profit +  income tax for Builders Land profit + sub contractor side construction material GST + contractors Material Profit +  income tax for contractors Material Profit + GST for total Builtup area + Land regestration charges + Builders Profit + Income tax of Builders profit  (he charges profit including tax) + Banks interest until delivery)   ---
